The International Cricket Council (ICC) has sought a detailed explanation from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) over its decision to invoke the ‘Force Majeure’ clause to boycott its ICC T20 World Cup group-stage match against arch-rivals India, scheduled for February 15.
