कांगड़ा के सुलह विधानसभा क्षेत्र से विधायक विपिन परमार पूर्व सीएम शांता कुमार के करीबियों में शुमार हैं. तीसरी बार विधायक चुनकर आए हैं और एबीवीपी के संगठन मंत्री भी रहे हैं. 1998 में पहली बार विधायक बने थे.
भाजपा ने कुल 22 पदाधिकारियों और 7 मोर्चों के अध्यक्षों की घोषणा की है. इन दोनों टीमों में 6 महिलाएं, 4 अनुसूचित जाति, 1 अनुसूचित जनजाति और 2 ओबीसी से सम्बन्ध रखने वाले नेताओं को कार्यभार सौंपा गया है.
